At 89 years of age, I needed somehow who was honest, efficient, patient and very knowledgeable in the field of computer repair. The Computer Guy was all of that. I have had computer repair persons in the past, who charged much but left my computer a mess. That was not the case with The Computer Guy at all. Steve has been a faithful friend and resource over the past several years. As an online student, it has been imperative that I set up and remain computer-ready. His help has been invaluable. My partner and I feel we can call upon Steve any time, and he is always there to help and tutor me, and has been extraordinarily patient with my troglodytic level of computer-savvy. (He once even helped me install a security camera system for my home office.) Our biggest complaint is that he habitually under-charges for his time and efforts. We just recently moved to Arizona and my hubby inherited a little Dell laptop from his brother. Nice, but what a mess. So incredibly slow, also needed to add hubby as a user, switch from Sprint service to what we have here, etc. etc.. So, who did we call? Well, Steve the Computer Guy of course!! Steve has serviced our other computers, and always "fixed them perfectly" and quickly every time. Steve is wonderful to work with. He communicates with you in such a kind way; very clear and concise; never making you feel "computer illiterate" He was able to fix our computer utilizing the "Team Viewer". Wow, so cool to see how he quickly goes through your entire computer, fixing this, cleaning up that, and Wa La! your computer is purring like a kitten. My computer was ransomed and I was in a mess. I got a new hard drive and retrieved my data from the cloud. It sounds like I was saved, but I couldn't use some of my software and I couldn't open many documents. Steve, The Computer Guy, saved the day for me. He persevered and was skilled and patient until he was able to return my computer to me - repaired and humming. He responds in a timely manner, keeps you updated, and, with me, he was "up for the challenge". I have recommended Steve to anyone who needs an understanding and knowledgeable computer expert. - PS
